How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be final sale.
When do you restock items?
We do not have a set schedule for restocks. We recommend signing up for our newsletter and following our social media channels for updates on new drops and inventory refreshes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are typically unable to make changes or cancellations.
How do I know which size to buy?
Size charts are available on each product page. Our apparel generally follows a relaxed, West Coast fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more traditional Stüssy look.
