Items purchased on Stüssy.com can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
